We are currently seeking a Multiple Order Management Coordinator for the NA SSV Field Production team in Woodland, CA.
You will enhance the prosperity of farmers by:

  • Managing grower/vendor contract maintenance, contract data entry, crop update reporting, grower/vendor payment preparation and execution
  • Adhering to HSE activities, requirements and behaviors as outlined in our HSE management system
  • Adhering to all corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Adhering to and promotion of housekeeping policy
  • Monitoring grower payments as necessary
  • Performing other duties as required to meet department or site needs
  • Balancing KPI’s to meet the annual improvement objectives
  • Supporting and actively participate in QM process improvement initiatives

Accountabilities

  • Assist Agronomists, GPCS’s, and Production Leaders with contract administration
  • Enter and maintain grower/vendor contract data into SAP and other systems as required
  • Maintain grower/vendor contracts and files in organized fashion to aid in information and audit requirements
  • Ensure strict adherence to records retention policies.
  • Responsible for documentation of parent seed assignment, goods issue to multiplication lot and reconciliation activities in conjunction with parent seed production specialists
  • Distribute information regarding phytosanitary inspection requirements from Crop Planner to responsible Agronomists and Production Specialists in time sensitive manner
  • Responsible for yield estimate updates to SAP
  • Responsible for summarization and circulation of Vendor Progress Reports on monthly basis
  • Prepare and execute any advance payments or withholdings as outlined in contract or directed by FPM or Production Leader
  • Prepare documentation/report for harvest or receiving activity and communicate with impacted site personnel
  • Assist in harvest schedule, adjustments and communication
  • Monitor quality requirements as per contract
  • Prepare grower/vendor payments as per contract requirements
  • Report on grower/vendor payment progress and issues
  • Maintain crop reports and summaries as required
  • Promote improvement opportunities
  • Update and support documentation of workflow activities (QBS)
  • Stewardship reporting and adherence
  • Adoption and use of IT solutions as required
  • As time permits, support logistics and plant activities

Qualifications


Requirements

  • HS Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience using SAP or other similar ERP systems (JDE)
  • Accurate and timely data entry and communications
  • Establish excellent working relationships with FPM’s, Production Leaders, GPCS, and Crop Planners
  • Communicate effectively with logistics and site personnel
  • Time management
  • Establish consistent reporting and formats
  • Understanding of growing areas and timelines within those areas
